Job Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulics/pneumatics. This position is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our industrial equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
* Perform preventive maintenance on various industrial equipment and machinery
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in industrial systems
* Repair and maintain PLC systems, including programming and troubleshooting
* Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
* Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
* Knowledge of electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, and control circuits
* Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
* Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Willingness to work off-shifts and OT
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
* Capable of standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods
* Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
* Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
