We are Community Integrated Care, a national Health and Social Care Organisation supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues. We are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Officer to join our property management team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or central belt Scotland, as the role supports property management across the region and requires regional travel.

Our commitment: We invest annually in our employees' pay in line with the National Minimum Wage increase. If you start between now and 31 March, your pay will be £22.30, increasing to £23.50 from 1 April.
Role Responsibilities & Support
The successful candidate will provide site support related to compliance, including statutory testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting, water systems, PAT testing, and maintaining accurate records. They will also support maintenance tasks, oversee refurbishment projects, and assist with day-to-day site issues.
* Assist Senior Property Manager and Facilities team ensuring site compliance with statutory testing, Fire Risk Assessments, and legionella management.
* Communicate issues to the Facilities Team and provide feedback beyond the scope of the Asset Coordinator.
* Survey site conditions to help set investment budgets.
* Perform minor maintenance and report issues requiring contractor attention.
* Liaise with contractors and Service Leaders to ensure project specifications are met and invoices are approved confidently.

* Good interpersonal and clear verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Accurate record-keeping skills.
* Experience in surveying property conditions and undertaking minor repairs.
