KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Reading / London | Full-Time | Permanent
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to lead workplace and facilities services delivery for one of our valued global clients.
This is a pivotal, client-facing leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of operational performance, compliance, and service quality across a high-profile contract.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio
* Ensure consistent compliance with SLA/KPI, HSEQ, and sustainability standards
* Build strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
* Drive service innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage budgets, reporting, and contract delivery in line with financial goals
* Develop and lead on-site teams, fostering high performance and engagement
About You:
* Proven experience in FM account or contract management
* Strong operational knowledge of Hard and Soft FM services
* Skilled in CAFM systems and workplace management tools
* Commercially astute with budgeting and reporting experience
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* IOSH Managing Safely certification (essential)
