Dance Teacher - Full Time | Location: Bournemouth | Start Date: Immediate | Contract: Full time, until July (with opportunity for a permanent role) | Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
Teaching Personnel, the UKs leading education recruitment agency, is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth to recruit a passionate and inspiring Dance Teacher.
This is a full-time position starting immediately, running for the remainder of the academic year until July, with a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and creative Dance lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
* Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum
* Inspire students to develop confidence, creativity and technical skill
* Contribute positively to the wider performing arts department and school community
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Dance at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
* Strong classroom management skills and a passion for performing arts
* Enthusiastic, reliable and committed to student progress
* Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
