3. Build professional relationships and identify business development opportunities.
4. Promote a high standard of care environment respecting clients' capacities and wishes.
5. Monitor client well-being, adapt care plans as needed, and ensure accurate care records.
6. Oversee care standards through observation and direct involvement.
7. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Candidate Requirements
* Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements.
* Experience in business development and growth to meet KPIs.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Successful candidates will undergo reference checks and DBS clearance.
