About the Role As a Student Support & Behaviour Lead, you will: Support students across the school with behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing. Provide cover supervision for lessons during staff absences, ensuring learning continues effectively. Build strong, positive relationships with young people. Work closely with pastoral teams, SLT and teaching staff to uphold high expectations. Respond constructively to behaviour incidents and help implement behaviour strategies.
