Office Administrator – Customer Service & Sales Support
Location: North York (transport essential)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing bookings and providing accurate information.
* Support sales activity by sending weekly marketing campaigns and maintaining client records.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction.
* Carry out general administrative duties using internal systems to streamline operations and support the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in office or sales administration.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
* Confident telephone manner and excellent diary management skills.
* Ability to stay organised and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
* Friendly, adaptable team player with a mature and professional approach.
