We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a well established and growing business based in Kettering, to recruit a Part Time Credit Controller to join their friendly and supportive finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who is looking for a part time role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work within a collaborative and people focused environment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties include:
1. Proactively chasing outstanding payments by phone and email, maintaining a professional, firm, and relationship focused approach
2. Actively working to reduce debtor days and improve cash collection performance
3. Resolving invoice, payment, and account queries promptly to prevent delays in payment
4. Allocating incoming payments accurately and keeping customer accounts fully up to date
5. Producing and maintaining aged debtor reports, highlighting risks and trends to the Financial Controller
