* Unqualified SEND Teachers with Graduate or Postgraduate certification

Requirements
* A flexible and adaptable attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* A clear DBS check
* Experience with PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Rapid Prompting Method, or other augmentative communication methods is advantageous but not essential
