We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Deputy Manager to join our high-quality residential setting in Derby. Supporting the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining full compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and driving the Quality Standards to achieve "Outstanding" outcomes. Your duties will include: Overseeing Quality Assurance (Reg 44 and 45 liaison) Ensuring Individual care plans are trauma-informed and child-centred Leading staff inductions, supervisions and appraisals Building strong multi-agency partnerships with Local Authorities and health providers Our ideal Deputy Manager will have two years in a Senior Residential Childcare role and have a deep understanding of of Safeguarding, Quality Standards, and the Ofsted Inspection Framework.
