Finance Analyst - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role
This position is key to automating and improving financial and KPI reporting processes. You will collaborate with finance managers and the system project team to:

2. Enhance data structures
3. Build reliable, scalable reporting tools

Key Responsibilities
8. Automate and improve financial and KPI reporting
9. Consolidate and validate data from multiple entities and sources
10. Build scalable reporting tools using Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot
11. Enhance data structures and workflows
12. Support the property system upgrade and maintain data integrity
13. Collaborate with finance managers on reporting and process improvements
Additional Duties
14. Reduce manual work and increase accuracy through automation
15. Develop and maintain reporting solutions, including Power Query data models and Excel automation
16. Contribute to Power BI dashboards (interactive and paginated reports)
17. Assist with data mapping, testing, and process improvements during system upgrades
18. Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
19. Maintain documentation and process notes for long-term scalability
