On-Site Co-ordinator
Shift: Monday – Friday, 05:30 – 14:30 (flexibility required)
Salary: £31,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus

We’re now looking for an organised and proactive On-Site Co-ordinator.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where strong admin skills are just as important as people skills. You’ll be responsible for keeping everything organised behind the scenes while also being a visible and supportive presence on-site.
While the core hours are 05:30 – 14:30, there will be times where flexibility is needed to support different shifts based on business demands.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily staffing across production areas
* Maintain accurate attendance, timekeeping, and payroll records
* Manage and update data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
* Support and engage with the workforce on shift
* Deliver inductions and reinforce site standards
* Maintain discipline and performance in a fair, consistent way
* Act as the link between the client, workforce, and recruitment team
* Resolve challenges quickly with a calm, solutions-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident user of Microsoft Excel (essential)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
* Positive, solutions-based mindset with a proactive approach
* Strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels
* Calm and measured under pressure
* Flexible approach to working hours when required
* Experience in recruitment, on-site coordination, or manufacturing (preferred)
