Impact Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Northamptonshire that produces high-end architectural products. They are looking for a capable workshop professional to manufacture precision wooden moulds and patterns used in cast stone production. It is intricate, hands-on work that requires accuracy, care, and pride in what you produce.
This is not repetitive production line work. Every project is different, and your skill will be genuinely valued.
The Role
Working in a clean, organised workshop, you will:
1. Manufacture detailed wooden moulds and formers used to cast architectural stone products
2. Work from technical mould drawings that are produced in reverse, requiring strong spatial awareness and the ability to visualise the finished piece
3. Operate woodworking machinery including spindle moulders, saws, planers and sanding equipment
