✅ What We’re Looking For
* Confidence in leading a class and managing behaviour positively
* Experience working with young people (e.g., youth work, coaching, tutoring, school support) is desirable
* Must be 18 or over
* Supportive of students’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Familiarity with core curriculum subjects

Requirements (or willingness to obtain – guidance provided):
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service
* Level 2 Safeguarding training
* Two professional references covering the 24 months
