We are recruiting for hybrid roles suitable for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to leverage their clinical expertise in a new capacity with a leading multi-national employer. Full-time positions are available.
Role Overview: As a Functional Specialist, you will conduct unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP), providing a personalized, inclusive, and empathetic service to clients.

Your Responsibilities:
* Manage caseloads from start to finish, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone reviews, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR).
* Assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
* Allocate time for breaks, CPD, audits, evidence review, and team meetings within your rota.
Requirements:
* Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
* At least 1 year post-qualification experience.
* Valid registration with NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
* Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
