Essential Criteria:

Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper (or senior housekeeping management role) onboard a cruise ship is mandatory; Strong leadership experience managing, motivating, and engaging a large and diverse multicultural team; Proven ability to maintain 5* housekeeping standards in a high-volume operation; Ability to obtain all relevant seagoing documents and visas;
