Are you an experienced Financial Services / IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm? Were working with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice based in Dorking that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, youll play a key role in supporting a team of Financial Advisers by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of client business. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and processing new business applications and client reviews
2. Liaising with providers and clients to obtain and update information
3. Maintaining accurate client records using CRM systems
4. Producing valuation reports and documentation for client meetings
5. Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements
About You:
6. Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning environment is essential
7. Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
8. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)
