About the Venue:
Since 2011, Rhubarb have provided all food and drink at the iconic Royal Albert Hall. With over 350 diverse and exciting events taking place each year, guests to the Royal Albert Hall can complement their visit with exceptional hospitality experiences. The operation consists of 3 restaurants, 16bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

Are you a talented chef ready to step into management? We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team at one of London's most iconic venues.
Working alongside our Executive Chef and senior kitchen team, you'll play a crucial role in the day to day running of our kitchens. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who's eager to develop their management skills and maintain a good work life balance.
What you'll do:
* Support the Executive Chef and senior chefs with operational kitchen administration
* Manage onboarding for all new kitchen starters
* Assist with recruitment scheduling of interviews and trial shifts
What we're looking for:
* Culinary background with chef experience
* Strong communciation skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Allergen understanding and awarness
