Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Operative, you will support your team in delivering exceptional customer service. Your working areas may vary, including the Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, and Conference and Events.
* Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service
* Ensure a smooth and memorable experience for our guests
* Respond to customer requests and queries promptly and effectively
* Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
* Have a good insight into the hotel and its products
