We are currently seeking reliable and proactive Temporary Fire Marshals to ensure the safety and security of a residential development in East London during night-time operations.
This is a crucial role requiring individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify and address potential fire hazards.
Ensure all fire exits are clear, accessible, and correctly signed.
Check that fire extinguishers and other fire safety equipment are in place and in good working order.
Maintain accurate records of checks and any incidents.
Act as the first point of contact in the event of a fire alarm or other emergency, following established procedures.
Assist with the safe evacuation of personnel if required.
Communicate effectively with site staff and emergency services.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Fire Marshal or in a similar safety-related role is highly desirable.
Recognized Fire Marshal training certification.
A good understanding of fire safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and act effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work night
Valid right to work in the UK.
