Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in care homes and clients receiving home care services. Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
* Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the senior/nursing staff.
* Support residents with meals, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration.
* Engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with residents and team members.
