Our CFO solutions team was established to help our clients overcome significant challenges, such as knowledge/skillset gaps or lack of resources. They work directly with finance teams to deliver critical projects, ranging from simple issues like year-end accounting to complex matters such as IPOs and M&A. The CFO solutions team is part of our Advisory division and collaborates with clients across various industries. Location
We seek candidates to work across the UK with a flexible office base. The role offers a hybrid working model.
Role Overview
If you enjoy working on diverse projects that support businesses and communities, you'll be a good fit.
Specifically, you will manage end-to-end client projects, maintain client relationships, and support Partners and Directors in business development to foster growth and revenue. You will also help expand our client base through excellent relationship management, networking, and personal branding.
This includes:
1. Building long-term client relationships through regular communication from introduction to project completion.
2. Generating opportunities via your network.
3. Contributing to growth initiatives within the CFO solutions team.
4. Participating in internal business development activities.
5. Conducting regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
6. Supporting secondees and managing resource allocation.
7. Maintaining accurate revenue and cost forecasts.
8. Providing updates to the Clients & Markets team.
9. Reviewing resource needs and candidate fit.
Candidate Profile
Minimum criteria for this Associate Director role include:
1. Experience in building revenue and growth through client relationships.
2. Ability to develop personal brand and network for business support.
3. Strong project management skills across multiple priorities.
4. Solid knowledge of finance functions.
5. Proven experience in growing client relationships.
Preferred skills include:
1. Full qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
2. Experience in a practice environment or industry.
3. Experience in revenue-generating roles.
