Job Details Grade: 7D Hours: 35 Hourly Rate: £18.41 - £20.14 Salary: £33604.78 - £36762.03 per annum Contract Duration: Temporary until 26/02/2027 or earlier return of the post holder Role Purpose We are seeking a Temporary Property Officer to join our Property Management team to provide maternity cover. This role supports the effective management of our operational estate, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and well‑maintained. Key responsibilities include: coordinating maintenance activity, supporting inspections and compliance tasks, liaising with building users and contractors, and maintaining accurate property records. The post will start in May 2026 to allow a period of handover. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working in a busy, technical environment. Experience in property or facilities management is desirable. If you are motivated, detail‑focused and ready to support the delivery of high‑quality property services, and ready to make a contribution to your local community, we would welcome your application. Essential An HNC (Construction Related) or relevant demonstrable experience in a construction-related area. Must have a sound knowledge of the building industry and building contracts.
