Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Account Manager at Hardware Lane Distributors Ltd. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing relationships with retailers, implementing sales strategies, and driving growth in the Home Improvement industry. This role is based in Hitchin with the flexibility of working in a Hybrid capacity (must live within no more than 2 hours commutable distance from the office).

* Strong Negotiation and Relationship Management skills
* Experience in the Home Improvement industry
* Excellent Communication and Presentation skills (Must Have)
* Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
