The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Key Account Manager for a leading international manufacturer of construction products, supporting continued UK growth.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at developing contractor relationships, growing key accounts, and influencing senior decision-makers across complex projects.
The Role
* Manage and grow key accounts across the UK
* Develop relationships with main & specialist contractors
* Drive account growth, repeat business, and project pipelines
* Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams on account strategy
* Engage with stakeholders across roofing, façade, brickwork, modular, fenestration & drylining sectors
* Split time between field-based client relationship building and office based team collaboration
About You
* Proven experience in construction sales / building materials / construction products
* Strong background in account management, key accounts, or business development
* Track record of growing accounts and increasing spend
* Confident in face-to-face sales and stakeholder management
* Experience selling into contractors, subcontractors, or construction projects
* Commercially driven, relationship-focused, and proactive
