Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join the team. The Sales Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading our sales team to success. Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the tech industry or consulting sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and technology.
