About the Role
Elevate your career as a Finance Manager - FP&A within our innovative team. This role involves utilizing your financial expertise to influence strategic decisions, analyze complex fiscal data, and identify pathways for growth and profitability.
Your Responsibilities
* Review, analyze, and present insights from actuals, forecasts, and plans to senior management across P&L and Balance Sheet.
* Lead and guide the IBP process, setting directions and reviewing key brands and channels.
* Prepare and deliver Monthly Finance Review presentations with a focus on clarity and impact.
* Develop Forecast/Plan Decks ensuring accuracy and compelling storytelling.
* Analyze NRVA and GMVA for NEU, providing insights on volume, price, and margins.
* Conduct fixed cost analysis and understand cash flow, NWC, and balance sheet movements.
* Ensure accurate financial data in PowerBI through One Data initiatives.
Required Experience
* Qualified ACA/CIMA with 4-6 years PQE.
* Commercial finance experience, FMCG experience preferred.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Fusion, PowerBI, SAC.
* Strong project management skills and commercial acumen.
