Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Medical Secretary to join the General Surgery Administration Team in Glan Clwyd Hospital.
The candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Duties of the Job
The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the General Surgery Department.
This challenging position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and able to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will need to be an experienced typist, qualified to RSA Typing Level II (or equivalent). The position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and to represent the department with due professionalism.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
