Job Description:
Our client a British manufacturer of agricultural machinery is seeking a full-time paintline operative to join their established team.
What we offer:
1. Monday – Thursday
2. 06:30 – 16:45
3. £13.45 per hour
4. Full-time permanent position
The role:
5. Load, Shotblast, Paint & Unload components according to strict guidelines, designs, technical drawings and instructions.
6. Help to gather & organise the correct parts requested/required by different sections.
7. Meet the expected standards of accuracy, efficiency, quality and output as set by the Company
8. Complete daily inspection/check sheets
9. Determine appropriate tools or method based on requirements and use them according to strict safety standards
10. Perform daily operational checks on machinery and tools; identify and report any defects
11. Maintain tools, equipment and hanging hooks in a condition that does not compromise safety
12. Regularly check quality of parts to ensure they meet the required standards set.
13. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
14. Operation of all associated machinery and tools to move raw material and large components
Requirements:
15. Experience of industrial painting and associated equipment
16. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
17. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
