The HR Transformation opportunity
The HR Transformation team is growing. We partner with clients to shape and navigate their People agendas, building functions that are business‑focused, cost‑effective, and agile by reimagining how HR can meet stakeholder needs. We deliver strategic HR advisory services that cover the breadth of HR strategy through to value‑added services via HR experience design.
Being successful as a Manager
* Experience leading HR Transformation workstreams to support organisations in developing future HR operating models.
* Managing HR organisation design – creating operating models that deploy the right skills at the right time, enabled by smart technologies.
* Managing junior resources to deliver end‑to‑end process documentation, design, and facilitation of workshops.
* Experience in HR and HR Service Delivery Transformation, increasing and innovating capabilities.
* Developing insights around HR Shared Services, GBS or Outsourcing strategy, value propositions, and business cases for HR Transformation programmes.
* Understanding how to define HR capability build and career development through re‑skilling, training, or job definition.
* Preparing materials for immersive client workshops to shape HR operating models and service delivery design, including end‑to‑end process mapping.
* Working as part of project teams, workstreams, and workforce optimisation interventions across a broad range of industry sectors.
* Developing detailed implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation, governance plans, and managing project reporting.
* Analytical skills to solve complex business problems and provide supporting evidence and rationale.
