We are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team from September 2026. You will teach pupils with complex needs, including Autism, sensory differences and potentially PMLD, delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences that enable every child to succeed. We welcome teachers who bring creativity, innovation and high expectations to their classroom practice. A good understanding of Early Years principles is beneficial, as these approaches underpin teaching and learning across our school. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective teacher who: Has a passion for inclusive education and high expectations for all pupils Builds strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues Is resilient, flexible and committed to making a difference Has experience of planning, assessing and adapting learning for pupils with diverse needs Understands effective behaviour support strategies Is committed to safeguarding and continuous professional development Experience in a special school setting, knowledge of Autism, and training in Team Teach or positive handling would be advantageous but are not essential.
