Senior Business Development Representative
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Business Development Representative to join the Access team in Loughborough. If you have a drive for sales and want to make a difference, this could be the opportunity for you.
About the role: You will work within the Business Development Team, focusing on Enterprise Level Accounts (Top Tier), creating fully qualified opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team to close. The team is divided into multiple sectors and tiers.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Identify and create fully qualified sales opportunities within Tier 1 accounts.
2. Maintain an approximate split of 60/40 between self-generated and inbound marketing leads.
3. Utilize Access’s sales enablement technology and best practices to generate leads.
4. Map whitespace of target accounts and work strategically with sales and marketing teams to plan outbound activities.
Ideal skills and experience:
* Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Strong business acumen and a hardworking mentality.
* Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets.
