Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary
We are working with a well-established, multi-office, multi-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing team based in Cullompton.

Duties:
* Provide dedicated support to Residential Conveyancing fee earners
* Deliver excellent client care in line with the firm’s procedures
* Manage client files and liaise with clients effectively
* Carry out daily administrative tasks efficiently
* Assist with any additional duties as required
* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure while managing multiple deadlines
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role
* Confident in secretarial and administrative abilities
* Typing speed of 60 WPM+
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised, professional, and personable
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Calm under pressure and able to prioritise multiple tasks
Desirable:
* Previous Conveyancing administrative support experience
* Strong IT and administration skills
