Position: Business Development
Location: Bristol (BS11)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 DOE + uncapped bonus
Our client is looking for an additional member of staff within their business development team, with previous experience in sales, account management, field sales etc would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Able to build strong relationships with new and existing businesses.
2. Proven track record in new business development.
3. Proven sales experience with a personal target.
4. Explaining service pricing, following up on quotes, and negotiating with customers to increase conversion rates.
5. Autonomous approach with a positive 'can do' attitude to grow your customer base.
6. Developing and broadening relationships with existing customers to maximise sales penetration within each customer.
7. Resolving customer issues and queries as necessary.
8. To build a portfolio of repeat customers through effective communication & quality service.
9. Effective management of a broad portfolio of sales leads.
10. Building a solid pipeline of businesses that use logistic services.
