Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative (Pumps). The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical advice, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless service, while meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer relationship management, client acquisition, and sales-focused communication
* Understanding of technical products, particularly pumps and related equipment, with the ability to provide reliable product recommendations
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer challenges and close deals effectively
* Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet sales goals
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications for managing client interactions
* Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision
* Previous experience in an equipment rental or specialist hire company is highly desirable
* A valid driver's license may be required for site visits
