Umbrella Engagement - Customer Centric - Hybrid - 3 days on site - 6 months. West London
Background - will have worked within a large fast paced environment - start up mentality - outstanding communication skills - Need to have experience in setting up / shaping designing / service Design / Support Models.
Ideal candidate will have significant experience working in around EUC / Workplace as a Service Delivery / Service Support Manager.
Will need to understand Incident and Change Management - ideally holding some form of ITIL Accreditations.
Industry background - ideally around Start Up, Retail, Telco etc.
Potential for a long term engagement. Must have a Hands on Attitude - be a technologist.
