Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
1. Define the strategy and plan for Life Adviser Service Operations in alignment with the overall business strategy and goals
2. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members
3. Create a high-performance culture where people have the freedom and desire to develop and aspirations to over achieve.
4. Drive and implement transformational change initiatives to optimize underwriting & service processes
Qualifications required:
5. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Experience required:
6. Evidence of working at senior levels and sales teams
7. Private Medical, Life or Insurance experience
8. Excellent leadership attributes
9. Substantial experience in life underwriting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
