Responsibilities
* Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
* Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and care during transit.
* Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times and fuel usage.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs.
* Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Experience as a van driver or in commercial driving preferred.
* Ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
