Talent Acquisition Lead
Up to £50k base salary
Billericay, Essex
4-day work week (Mon–Thurs)
We’re looking for someone to build the talent operating system behind Seer, one of the world’s leading Frontier Technology recruitment agencies.
Over the next 3 years, we plan to double the size of the business, and we need the right person to design the systems and attract the talent that will make that happen.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Setting up and optimising our ATS
• Designing scalable recruitment processes
• Building a career development framework and strategic hiring plan
• Creating the infrastructure that supports rapid growth
You’ll work directly with the founders to build the engine that powers our next stage of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who has:
• Implemented or managed an ATS
• Built recruitment or talent operations processes
• Experience in a high-growth recruitment or staffing environment
