Our client, an established professional services firm, seeks an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing tax practice.

The Role:
Managing corporation tax compliance and advisory for UK and international clients, you'll handle complex matters including group restructuring, M&A transactions, international tax planning, and BEPS implementation. This is a senior position with direct Partner exposure and significant client responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Corporation tax compliance for standalone and group entities
* Advisory on restructuring, refinancing, and tax-efficient structures
* Tax due diligence and transaction support
* Managing client relationships, WIP, and billing
* Supervising and developing junior team members
* Technical review and quality control
Essential Requirements:
* CTA qualified (ACA/ACCA with strong tax experience considered)
* Solid corporate tax experience from Big 4, Top 10, or mid-market firm
* Strong UK corporation tax technical knowledge
* Experience managing client portfolios
* Team supervision experience
Desirable:
* International tax experience
* M&A transaction experience
* R&D tax relief knowledge
Package:
* £60,000-£80,000 based on experience
