Qualities/Experience:
Passionate about cooking and pushing boundaries.
Curious, with a flair for modern cuisine.
Previous experience in a similar environment.
Enthusiastic work ethic with integrity.
Exceptional attention to detail, with an eye for perfection.
Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
A desire to learn and develop your skills.
Salary - approx. £39,750 per year (Chef de Partie)
About The Fat Duck Group
Founded by world-famous chef Heston Blumenthal, The Fat Duck Group comprises four restaurants that between them hold a total of 7 Michelin Stars.
Its flagship restaurant, The Fat Duck, is located in Bray, Berkshire, England. Established in 1995, it has been held three Michelin stars since 2004, one of only 10 restaurants in the country to hold this accolade. It is also the only restaurant in Britain to have been voted Best Restaurant in the Worlds 50 Best.
The group also has two restaurants inspired by Hestons fascination with historical British gastronomy: the two-Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London, and the recently launched Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in Dubai, which gained a Michelin star within six months of opening.
Finally, there is The Hinds Head in Bray, a Michelin-starred pub offering elevated traditional and historic British dishes, highlighting wonderful local supply and collaborating with local artisans. It is home to an excellent wine list, curated by The Fat Duck, and cocktails developed in house using world class equipment.
