A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive/Director to develop and manage sales for a leading industrial recruitment specialist. You will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for identifying and winning new large contracts for the supply of industrial labour in both the permanent and temporary markets across the Midlands, including the Crewe, Wolverhampton, Stoke, and Nottingham branches.
This is a real opportunity to grow within a company, with rapid progression to Director level. You will be a highly motivated individual, skilled at building client relationships quickly, and able to close high-margin deals with medium to large clients. You will work closely with the sales teams in branches to develop their top prospects and ultimately win new business.

* Previous experience selling to large recruitment customers
