Rate: £35 per day

Responsibilities:
4. Provide assessment and care management.
5. Provide individual support to patients and carers where this assessment is required.
6. Deliver these services in accordance with current legislation and council policies, procedures, and standards.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
