A leading food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee Production operations and ensure all products are delivered on time, in full, and to the required specification. This role works closely with Technical, NPD, Logistics, Procurement, and other key functions as part of the Operations Team. Key Responsibilities Prioritise staff welfare, food safety, and GMP at all times Lead OTIF production of chilled, frozen, and R&D products Oversee OTIF picking of traded goods Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance Control ingredient usage, packaging, yields, and waste Ensure labour costs and line efficiencies meet agreed standards Maintain and deliver KPIs for Production teams Uphold all H&S, Food Safety, and regulatory requirements Support factory trials, new product onboarding, and cost assessments Work with Engineering on equipment maintenance and contingency planning Drive automation, lean practices, and continuous improvement Contribute to team culture and sustainability initiatives Ensure product specifications remain accurate and aligned with customer expectations Skills & Experience Proven experience managing multifunctional teams in a food production environment Strong production and project management skills Excellent people and time management For more information please contact or call Skills: Production Management FMCG Quality
