The Mission
Genpower isn’t just growing; we are evolving. As the exclusive global force behind JCB Power Products, we carry the prestige of one of Britain’s most iconic industrial brands. Having moved far beyond simple territory management, we are now entering a high‑octane global scale‑up phase.
We are seeking a powerhouse Head of International Sales to take total ownership of our commercial frontier. This is not a ‘business as usual’ role. You will be the strategist, the mentor and the engine behind our worldwide expansion. If you have ever wanted to build a global commercial function from the ground up with the backing of a legendary brand, this is your moment.
This is a senior leadership role offering £65,000–£70,000 plus an uncapped bonus scheme. The role operates on a flexible hybrid basis (typically 1–2 days per week in the office), with regular international travel required.
The Challenge
You will be the architect of our global footprint, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team. Your objective is clear: transform ambition into market dominance.
* Define the Roadmap - Identify priority regions and determine the most effective routes to market.
* The Blueprint for Profit - Design the pricing structures and commercial frameworks that ensure our growth is as sustainable as it is rapid.
* Data‑Led Command - Own the international P&L. Use rigorous data analysis to steer investment and pivot resources where they will have the greatest impact.
* Elite Team Development - Lead, coach and professionalise a diverse team of Managers and BDMs into a world‑class sales unit.
* The Gold Standard - Implement high‑performance KPIs and modern CRM mastery. We don’t just want sales; we want a scalable, predictable growth engine.
Network Expansion & Partnerships
* Strategic Negotiations - Oversee the appointment and development of international distributors. You will be the face of Genpower in high‑stakes, senior‑level negotiations.
* Market Penetration - Drive deep account development to ensure our partners don't just sign – they thrive for the long term.
Precision Operations & Governance
* Risk & Reward - Manage the balance of revenue performance, credit exposure and international commercial risk.
* Synchronised Growth - Work closely with Supply Chain and Product teams to ensure product availability matches our global ambition.
