Position Summary
National Account Executive – Sales Team
Location: Atherstone Headquarters, Holly Lane, Unit 3
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00, 1‑hour break). Salary: To be confirmed.
Responsibilities
* Develop business with larger prospective and existing customers within your portfolio using structured sales techniques.
* Analyze customer needs and oversee development and implementation of suitable solutions.
* Meet regularly with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services.
* Develop detailed business plans, provide accurate pricing proposals, and coordinate customer contracts.
* Collaborate with other FedEx teams to deliver seamless and outstanding customer experience.
* Produce accurate and timely reports to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
Qualifications
* Highly motivated, customer‑focused, and commercially aware.
* Experienced sales professional with proven results managing multiple accounts to customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and contact skills.
* Creative, inventive, enterprising, convincing, and genuinely interested in customers.
* Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability while working in a team environment.
* Excellent PC skills to work within bespoke systems.
