Key Responsibilities:
* Support children with autism through tailored strategies to promote engagement and emotional regulation
* Work closely with teachers and specialists to create and implement individualized learning plans
* Encourage an inclusive, positive environment where students feel safe and understood
Requirements:
* Experience or understanding of autism and its impact on learning
* Patience, empathy, and a calm, nurturing approach
* Strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
