Description
* Prepare and manage accurate financial statements and reports.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation.
* Handle payroll and accounts payable/receivable processes.
* Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
* Work closely with external auditors during annual audits.
* Monitor cash flow and optimise financial performance.
* Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Profile
A successful Company Accountant should have:
* A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE).
* Proven experience in an accounting and finance role.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
