Requirements

* 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS sales teams, consistently finishing in the top tier — you have a track record, not just a tenure
* Proven ability to build and scale net-new direct sales motions — you know how to open doors, not just close them
* Deep C-suite network across key verticals including Retail, Hospitality, and Financial Services
* Strong analytical instincts — you can dissect a pipeline, call your number with confidence, and course-correct early
* A coaching-first mentality: you invest in your people, hold high standards, and create an environment where top performers thrive
* A bias for action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you set the pace, you don't follow it
* Exceptional written and verbal communication; equally effective in a boardroom and a deal review


What the job involves

* Yext is hiring a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and grow a high-performing team selling into Fortune 500 accounts across the region. This is a hands‑on player/coach role for a proven enterprise sales leader who drives new business and builds winning cultures
* Own regional revenue — set the vision, hold the number, and build the pipeline needed to consistently exceed targets
* Lead a team of enterprise sales executives with a clear emphasis on net-new business, coaching each rep through complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
* Build and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts — no surprises
* Drive outbound prospecting discipline across the team to develop high‑value pipeline with strategic accounts
* Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and craft — coaching reps on discovery, deal strategy, and executive engagement
* Represent Yext in market through product demonstrations, executive briefings, and flagship account initiatives
* Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and CS to evolve go‑to‑market strategy and sharpen demand generation
* Develop targeted account plans with Marketing and ensure tight campaign execution against named accounts
