The Team

You’ll join a fantastic team driven by your energy and structure. Our Temps Consultant, Mike, has over 6 years of recruitment experience, with 2.5 years at our company, demonstrating dedication. His Candidate Consultant, Hayley, is highly organized, hardworking, and committed to providing the best candidate experience.

Our Perms Consultant, Jake, from a strong sales background in manufacturing and distribution, has 2.5 years of recruitment experience, complemented by his Candidate Consultant, Sabia, with nearly 4 years of experience, who consistently demonstrates professionalism and expertise.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Regional Director, you will be responsible for increasing the branch's revenue by maintaining and growing Adecco's market share in the area.

* You will analyze, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch, reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.
* Lead and oversee advertising, marketing, sales, and service efforts to increase market share.
* Develop, inspire, and coach your branch to ensure objectives are achieved.
* Drive your own business and motivate your team with strong leadership skills.
* Adopt a consultative approach, understanding client needs deeply and offering tailored solutions.
* Generate business opportunities and nurture client relationships, with a proven track record in expanding client portfolios and strategic business development.

About you

The ideal candidate will support and empower their team while demonstrating prowess in generating business opportunities and cultivating client relationships.

This role requires a visionary leader who balances proactive business development with attentive mentorship.

* Strategic planning and judgment – quick and efficient thinking with great delegation skills.
* Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with your team to guide and support their potential.
* Proactively do client visits and involve yourself in sales and business development.
* Drive financial results and innovation to maximize branch performance.
